Refund policy

 

At The Pause Room, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If things aren’t quite right, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or delivery) to return your items for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Return Your Item

You can return your items via two methods:

  • In-Store: Visit us in person for an immediate inspection and processing.

  • By Mail/Courier: Send your package to the following address:

Please note: Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@thepauseroom.co.za so we can prioritize your replacement or refund. Kindly include a picture of the damages item.
